Wonderful Hotel and Great Location
We decided to visit Moose Jaw to do some local tourism. The hotel itself was amazing! The fact we could bring our dog was wonderful! From the first day to the last the whole trip to the city was awesome. My family loved the pool and that we were right on the downtown strip in walking distance to all the cute shops and the tunnels. The only downside to the stay was that I booked the hotel, then when I went to book the spa it was fully booked out for over a month, which was why we wanted to go. I wish you could have seen the spa booking availability while choosing your stay dates. It was disappointing we didn't get to do any spa services.

I ordered a room way in advance with Expedia that had 2 double beds. Upon arrival at 7pm, they told me they could only accommodate a room with a king bed as that's what I booked. I gave them my Expedia reference booking # and they blamed it on Expedia that Expedia doesn't know the layout of the rooms. The best they could do was provide a cot since we were 3 adults. They staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The facility (pool especially outdoor area) is showing it needs some maintenance as rust and missing wall or floor pieces are showing. They could have did a better job with shoveling snow around the pool and skywalk to the hotel rooms. In the morning when the pool opens at 7am for hotel guest only, the skywalk from hotel rooms to the pool was still locked and it was a simple error from maintenance. With an elderly parent who has trouble walking, this was an inconvenience as we needed to go down one floor and across the hall to another elevator just to access the pool. Overall, I wasn't impressed with our stay for a few of these reasons above. Especially the room type I requested!

Love the spa. Rooms need an update but are ok. We love Moose Jaw as a great getaway and the spa is a wonderful spot. Just wish they would freshen up the rooms (ex: AC units)

We stayed in a Mineral Spa Suite and from the pictures online and the postings on the website, we were lead to believe the suites were newly renovated. Upon our arrival and entering our first room, the furniture looked like it was from the 70's and it was stained ,so we headed down to the front desk and asked for a different room. They were quick to give a new one which was great and thankfully this room was better but still not recently renovated. The rest of the hotel was not the best, the only restaurant had good food but the service was below par.

We had a 1-night stay here - beds were comfortable and room was spacious (2 queen with balcony). The bathroom is showing it’s age a bit, but great water pressure in the shower. The view from the balcony into Crescent Park was lovely :) We used the pool 3 times and it was busy but manageable. Hard to find a free chair. Overall a really nice stay.

Tired Old Place with Zero Sense of Customers
Most of this place is under renovations- we were put in older section that had bathroom door damage, paint damage on walls, wonky old cheap lamps, etc! For the price and because this is supposed to be a spa experience, this property should be full of amenities but it isn’t and staff don’t care! Sparse and cheap coffee in rooms, with sparse white powder whitener! Zero snacks, lobby has no coffee station with goodies for guests, searching for information about hotel- none given in rooms and no one around this crumbling old place. What a disappointment! Zero sense of offering value and luxury for customers, except the spa itself. The spa knows how to pamper and provide great service. Don’t waste your money. Owners need to up their game and treat customers right with amenities and service.
