This upgraded hotel is now much nicer than it was in the past. The rooms are spacious and attractive. Yes, the toilet-shower room is small, but the shower itself is plenty large, so no problem. The new ceramic floors are very nice, and the little balconies overlooking the ocean have new, comfortable furniture. The too-small staff is doing a fine job with the resources they've got. The one real negative is that there is nowhere to eat without driving miles and miles. There is a large, attractive dinning room off the lobby with a sign that a restaurant is "coming soon." There are even ketchup and mustard containers on each table as if "soon" means tomorrow. Well, they've been saying "coming soon" since at least early June, if not before, and one employee muttered to us that "soon" now means sometime in 2025! Why don't they just state the truth on the sign in the lobby and on their website? The biggest problem is breakfast, of course. Even the cheaper chain hotels are offering pretty good breakfasts these days, often with very little space in which to serve it. We'd come back to this hotel but only when and if a breakfast restaurant actually exists.

I love the ocean view.
I took a couple of days for a couples retreat and the experience was phenomenal. The wonderful oceans you and the private beach you gave us ample opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the water.

Nice small oceanfront hotel with beach and pool. Chairs and umbrellas and towels are a nice amenity. Restaurant was under so that would have made it a bit better to have the food available. Very quiet surrounded by homes, no commercial buildings near by at all Price was good. People were very pleasant Bathroom was too small but that’s about all I could really find substandard

Love that it is Oceanfront and has Tiki Bar (Nicole is awesome!). Extremely disappointed that the restaurant was closed during season. Ask for room away from middle section, bands on Friday/Saturday/Sunday are quite loud.

Stayed with a family of four for two days. Overall, excellent stay. Very, very good value. Great location on the beach, all rooms with a view, pool was clean, hot tub was hot, beach, chairs and umbrellas were available for all, as were towels. Very nice beach. Tiki bar is a nice touch as his outdoor seating. Also had live music. Property is a bit dated and definitely not fancy, but again a great value.

My family and I really enjoyed it here. They were very accommadating getting us an Umbrella for the beach and the staff are very nice. Kids loved swimming and my youngest enjoyed there playground. Very pleased with our visit.

Don’t stay here if you like clean sheets/room
Terrible! Arrived to dirty sheets and hairballs everywhere. We asked to switch rooms and they said NO. They had no availability because they don’t have enough people to clean rooms and they couldn’t clean our room until the next day (possibly). They wouldn’t refund our stay when we asked to even pay for the one night and get a refund.We had planned a four night stay and had to call hotels.com for help. Spent five hours on the phone total. General manager “T” was rude. She hung up on us multiple times. So many issues. I highly do not recommend! The restaurant was closed, and overall a terrible experience. We ended up paying for one night and hotels.com helped us get a refund after several phone calls and my husband having to sir downstairs and complain in front of other checking in guests for them to do anything at all (with hotels.com on the phone with him since they kept hanging up on hotels.com too)
