We had a four-day, three-night stay here for my wife and I mid-Feb 2024 and it was amazing, truly amazing. Everything was 5-star and the service was impeccable. The airline lost our luggage on arrival but the team here were making calls all the time and eventually located it and delivered it to our room. Wonderful, wonderful friendly and smiley people, amazing room, one of the best breakfast line-ups ever, a great pool and just one of the best 'feeling' hotels you could wish for. If you want an amazing hotel, safe, luxurious and close to all of the temples, Pub Street etc - then this is your place...

We loved our stay at Saem Siem Reap hotel. The staff were very friendly, always ready to help with a smile and offering suggestions. The facilities were clean and usable. Food was yum and always served fresh and hot. Hotel staff gave us the option to package the breakfast for us when we had to start early for Angkor Wat sunrise tour. The tour organised by the hotel was a wholesome package. Our tour guide Sokah was well versed with history and his photography skill took the tour to next level. Our journey into town and restaurants was comfortable with tuk tuk always available at the door step.

Five star service. Great breakfast with wide choìce. Classy restaurants.
