Staff was very helpful and always available to serve you. The included breakfast is the best Iā€™ve ever seen, so many options to eat and also had 24 hr coffee bar in the lobby! If Iā€™m in the area again I will be staying here for sure!

I wasnā€™t given the room I paid for. I paid for two beds in one room, and the guy simply decided to give me a king bed without telling me, even after I told him the reason I paid for two queen beds instead of a king. When I sent to my room and saw it was a king bed room, I came back and told him I was surprised he acted like no big deal. I shouldā€™ve insisted on my room.

The room was good/ clean. We just didn't have got water. I talked to the maintenance guy who said that 3 or 4 rooms including ours complained about no hot water. We even let the shower run for 45 minutes trying to get it more than barely warm, but that didn't work. We took cold showers during our stay...
