Can’t review the property because I wasn’t onsite. I had to change my trip due to a death in the family and Expedia didn’t care. They blamed it on the hotel not approving , but the hotel explained Expedia is did not approve the cancellation and is keeping the money

I love the staffs they were really good specially the girl that multi task with everything a front desk,bartender. Didn’t get her name she is short with curly hair she looks Philippine.The place is very clean and cozy.would recommend the quietness was the best. would stay here again if had any family activities to attend.

I need a refund for the 3 nights. The hotel rooms and toilets were disgusting. The toilet has conspicuous poop stains all over the seat cover and the toilet bowl. The hotel refused to clean it. They only cleaned it on the 3rd day after many complaints. The bathroom is run down. The headboards of the beds had white stains all over. The place looked nice online but in-person the rooms are run down and disgusting. We couldn’t use the toilet ‘cos of the poop stains and had to take Uber to my son’s apartment to use the bathroom. Very deceptive and fraudulent advertising that this hotel did online. I spoke to the manager who refused to issue a refund. I have pictures of the poop stains on the shower curtains. My children were traumatized by everything that they saw. Never staying in any of their hotels ever again. I need a refund as I was disgusted by the filth of the bathroom. There were crumbs allover the carpet in the room. I forced them to vacuum it after I threatened to post my pictures online. They finally came and took off the poop stains in the toilet bowl. Very disgusting hotel. There are brown stains all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. The cleaners don’t seem to notice it. I have pictures if anyone wants them. Don’t know where to post them.

1. Flies in the room. Many 2. No hair dryer in room 3. A ‘do not disturb’ sign placed on door apparently means nothing: returned to room after being out to find a) the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the floor inside the room, lights on, and complimentary personal items GONE. And yet, there was no evidence that a service had been provided. Informed staff at desk in am when I checked out and was offered ‘special room rate’ for a future visit. I am unlikely to avail myself of that.

The sofa in the room is so old and torn that it looks old. And the hall smells. I wish the front desk service was a little more friendly. It's a messy place that can't be cleaned
