The staff are wonderful, the food was superb, the spa facilities need addressing and updates needed. The bedrooms didnā€™t have any products and old hair dryers. No aircon or fans in the bathroom, heating wasnā€™t working. Very comfy beds. A great place with lots of potential.

I paid Ā£300 cash and my husband paid Ā£69 on his card for a 2 night stay then the hotel proceeded to take the Ā£369 out of my husband's account meaning we paid twice very very disappointedšŸ˜ž and out of pocket twice I booked another night through yourself, and my husband paid the amount on his card and the hotel proceeded to take the amount out again from my account meaning we paid twice AGAIN, VERY VERY ANGRY. wont be back
