I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. My money was taken. When I arrived at the hotel, it was closed. I still haven't gotten my money back. Shame on you for lying advertising. Berbat bir işletme anlayışı olan otel. Konaklamadan 6 ay önce rezervasyon yaptım. Konaklama tarihi yaklastıgında oteli aradım ve rezervasyonun görünmedigini söylediler. Benden 2.5 kat fazla para istediler. Kaldı ki telefon görüsmesi yaptıgımız tarihde sitedeki fiat benden iatediklerinden daha ucuzdu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ETMIYORUM

Das kleine Hotel ist hübsch gestaltet, vor allem das Restaurant (lecker!) ist sehr gemütlich und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Sauber, bequemes Bett. Leider spricht niemand auch nur ein Wort Englisch, dafür sind aber alle extrem bemüht, den Aufenthalt gut zu gestalten. Morgens hatten wir kein Wasser im Bad, WLAN ist so schlecht, dass unbenutzbar. Für die ländliche Lage vermutlich schon überdurchschnittlicher Standard, allerdings waren wir leider die einzigen Gäste.

Personel güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve hizmet odaklı fakat çok konfor beklemeyin. Wc de tuvalet kağıdı yoktu, haber verdik peçete getirdiler. Haftasonu gittiğimiz için canlı müzik vardı, tüm odalardan restorandaki canlı müziği canlı canlı dinleyebiliyorsunuz. Ses yalıtımı şart. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, ellerinize sağlık.

Berbat bi konaklama
2 oda olarak otele giriş yaptık. Giriş yapıp odaya çıktığımızda elektrikle ilgili bir sıkıntı vardı. Biz dışarı çıkıp etrafı gezdiğimizde tamir etmişlerdi. Sabah kalktığımızda lavaboya girdim fakat inanılmaz bi şey su yok. Gerçekten SU YOK. Resepsiyona indim saat 07:10 geçe ama hiçkimse yok. Otelde görevli hiçkimse yok ve otelin giriş kapısını üzerimize kilitlemişler. saat 08:30 oldu görevli geldi sorunu söyledik ama umursamaz bi şekilde belediyenin suyunu kestiğini söyledi.Konuşmalar esnasında suyu belediyeden kartlı olarak aldıklarını ve içindeki kontörün bittiğini duyduk. tabi biz 4 kişi sinirden ne patladık. Su yok tuvalete giremiyoruz su yok duş alamadık. Berbat

Keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil
Otel ve odaların temizliği gayet iyiydi. Otel sahibi Muharrem Bey, konuklarla çok iyi ilgileniyor ve memnun olmaları için çok çabalıyor. Personel gayet güler yüzlü, kibar ve yardımsever idi. Herhangi bir talebimizi kırmadan yerine getirdiler, bize bölge hakkında bilgi verdiler ve gezimiz hakkında tavsiyeler verdiler. Bizim kaldığımız günün akşamında canlı müzik eğlencesi yapılmıştı. Eğlence güzeldi fakat restoran yemekleri bence daha başarılı olabilirdi. Aynı şekilde kahvaltı da kötü değildi gayet doyurucu idi, ancak çeşitlilik ve kalite olarak daha iyisi olabilirdi. Otelin ısıtması yerden ısıtma ile sağlanıyor, bu sayede odalarda ısınma hiç sorun olmuyor. Yatak ve yastıklar gayet konforlu. Otel 5 ay önce açılmış yeni bir otel. Mudurnu merkeze araç ile 2-3 dk, yürüyerek 10-15 dk mesafede, gayet merkezi bir konumda. Bizim planımızda Mudurnu'yu gezmek yoktu, daha çok Abant, Yedigöller, Gölcük'ü gezmek için gelmiştik, personel tavsiyesi üzerine Mudurnu'yu gezdik ancak bütün gezimiz boyunca en keyif aldığımız yer Mudurnu oldu. Evlerin tarihi dokusu çok güzel korunmuş, çarşısı, esnafı, bu tarihi dokuya çok güzel uyum sağlamış. Eğer geziniz için Mudurnu'yu planınıza katmadıysanız çok şey kaçırırsınız. Kısaca, otelden ve çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmemiz durumunda seve seve tekrar konaklamak isteriz. Bahsettiğim küçük eksikliklerin en kısa sürede giderileceğinden eminim, sizin de hiç şüpheniz olmasın. Tüm otel çalışanlarına her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
