Staff is very helpful, friendly and went beyond expectation to ensure my stay as most comfortable as possible. I was given a nice room but very noisy on the first day. Ms Vy and her team helped to move me to a room which was much more quiet. Although the hotel facilities are not new, the services here are truly 5 stars, which I guess the main thing for hotel guests to remember and return.

Staying at Hotel Grand Saigon for the time of our holiday. Wow what a place. Staff are so nice. Breakfast is superb 10/10. There is nothing we can complain about. Everything is perfect . Well done Hotel Grand Saigon. We denitiely recommend to all travellers.
