The staff were polite and friendly. Our room was facing parking lot so it was quiet, others having rooms facing the street complained about the noise at times. 15 minutes walk to the main attraction in Munich. The neighborhood is not unsafe but at the same time does not give you the vibe of the safe neighborhood, especialy at night. Access to the parking was terrible. The car elevator is very narrow and require manual operations. It is shared with the neighboring business whose employee will yell at you in German to stop the elevator for them .Don’t bring anything bigger than a compact SUV or get excellent car insurance. Nerves of steel required.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The lobby was very nice. The room was clean (but small) and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is in a good area where the city center and beach is only a 10 min walk. The staff is very helpful and sweet. The property itself is pretty outdated and the beds aren't great but it's a great price considering the location and even the service.

We chose this hotel because it was so close to the train station, but it was also really close to shopping, tours, museums, and so many other things. The staff was courteous and spoke fluent English. The room was nice and very clean. We were on a busy street but never heard any traffic noise. There were amazing places to eat very close. We were very pleased with our stay.

Overall the staff at the hotel was great, we stayed here 5 days and they don’t clean your room and it started getting really dirty. I knew from the beginning they didn’t clean but at least a sweeping and bathroom cleaning would have been good. It’s about 10 minute walk from the main centre at Marienplatz

This might seem petty, but I wish the person at front desk had explained the parking situation a little more clearly. She did ask if we needed parking. To which we replied we had parked underground. Unfortunately for us we had not parked in their underground garage but rather one adjacent to theirs (we thought it was the hotels). Our mistake but an easy one to make for a visitor. I wish we had bern asked “are you sure it’s ours?” The one we parked in was much more expensive. All we heard was “as long as you’re off the street”. Oh well. Live & Learn. Other than that, great stay. Close to where we wanted to sightsee. Had a great , but short, visit.
