Wide entrance/hall allowed us to drop all our beach stuff and not track sand throughout. Large balcony to enjoy view. While it is dated, it accommodated my family of 6 adults nicely. Location was perfect for us - near restaurants of all kinds, grocery stores, Walmart, etc. Pools/ beach were clean, and beach was delightful.
