Great spot on the beach. Big enough for our family of 6. Great view and beach. Love having the beach and pool option. Beds were terrible and squeaky that even my 12 year old couldn't sleep well. He can sleep everywhere! Get rid of the box springs and get platforms with hybrid mattresses. Floors must not have been mopped because all of our feet were black after walking around in the hotel. Would come back if the beds were better and I'd bring a swiffer mop with me.

I really enjoyed my staff. Everything was convenient to get to. The only thing that I dod not like is that we stayed in a suite and there was no housekeeping to our room. I was happy We had a laundryroom to was towels and bedding.

My wife and I have stayed here 2 out of 3 times we have come to Myrtle Beach and will be staying again in near future when we visit for 4th time. What we like is there is valet parking offered and the guys are on top of that right away and extremely welcoming and pleasant. We also like that it is very clean, trustworthy, most of time halls are quiet and no issues at all. Housekeeping was a bit slackish. There were times we had to close our patio door due to the smell of weed, which I understand is hard to control and figure out which room it is coming from. But clearly nothing is holding us back from going back. We love it here!!

First trip to South Carolina- Stayed at the Anderson Ocean Resort. We had an amazing experience. Our room had an ocean view on an upper level. It may as well have been ocean front, no visual obstructions! Sat on the balcony every morning and drank coffee listening to the ocean, how peaceful!! Great location, easy walk to shops, pier, lunch, groceries! The room had everything you need for a basic stay. The only downside was when we had to leave!!! We’ll be back!!!

I love the property and room that we were given, however, the room really could use some tender loving care. Closet doors that won't close, walls that need badly patched for scuffed marks and painted, light over the microwave that didn't work, and a bedroom light that is very dim were some of the conditions that I noted over my stay. Also was surprised that we didn't have daily housekeeping staff visit the room, so if you want towels and washcloths youhave to call every time.
