There was so much to do on the property. There were only 2 things that bothered me: the cashier lady on the 4th floor, or maybe it was the 6th floor; nonetheless she kept trying to make me like Trump. I'm trying to be polite but I'm looking at her like, "Just scan my apple juice and leave your political affiliations somewhere else. ". The other thing was that i got up at 3am to use the bathroom and they're was 1 roach in the sink.

The property does not specify that during the off season (fall/winter) many of the restaurants advertised at their property are not even open. Finding a decent place to eat was difficult. Tried 3 restaurants with 4.5 ratings and disliked them all. The oceanfront condo had roaches (big and small). One even came out of the iron when plugged in.

Room key didn’t work and we were left standing outside for 20 minutes waiting for maintenance. Had to go down to get a new room reassigned. Parking was horrible. Pools and amenities were great and plentiful.

the view to the beach was nice. the bathroom is very small. Your staff could be more friendly. The bar staff and shop staff did not smile, and I was expecting more of a Southern hospitality.

Great for kids, so much to do, it's an older hotel but they have renovated a lot of it the outside grounds lazy river, pools ext area is very nice and modern. Please don't book through hotels.com you will get a better senior rate with the hotel, they promised a third night free if you book a 2 night stay with them. They lied Its a scam l did not get a 3rd night free, even after speaking with a rep, they did not specify you need to book it through your account, and you need 10 points. They lied.

I absolutely LOVE staying here! It’s our go-to hotel when we are traveling with family. Staff are very friendly. There’s plenty to do with the kids right at the hotel and you can walk straight to the beach right out the back of the hotel! It’s definitely worth staying here!
