Hotel is in a good location for activities. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was not clean, the floor was dirty and it was clear it was not vacuumed (phone charger laying under the desk, tums on floor next to the bed) and hair in the shower/sink. Door locks to get in the building and the room did not work properly.

Don't mind coming back.
Overall the check in was pleasant, the location of the hotel was convenient. My room was clean but can use a little updating as far as furniture. The restroom was clean with plenty of towels but the tub drain was slow. Overall if I had a chance to stay here again I honestly would.

The staff was very courteous. The room and other areas were clean. There was ample parking and lighting. I will definitely come back and let others know if they want a great place to stay, go to LaQuinta!!

Good stay hotel needs to fix side door entrance I had to do another entrance to get in and there was a door not working only two feet from my room this really needs to be addressed and the same doors where broken when I stayed a couple months back

The lobby of the hotel was very nice and the man at the counter was very friendly. However, as soon as I open the door to my room, it reeked of smoke and dirty pets. I called the front desk immediately and tried to get a different room, but the hotel was booked. He offered to come into the room and spray air freshener. I told him that would make things worse and just cover up the smell for a little bit. I have asthma so I didn’t need anymore smells in the room. He told me he would let me know if somebody checked out the next day and if not, he would discount the room. The towels and bed also smelled like smoke. My clothes also line up smelling. The last night I was there, I went to go turn off the light by the night stand, and apparently they knew the room stunk and had placed a car freshener there. When I checked out, all he did was take $50 off. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay at a La Quinta again.

Made multiple calls to tell the property my flight is being delayed and I wouldn’t be in till late. I asked to pay and got told don’t worry we’ll see ya when you get here and check you in. When I got to the property I was told the room I booked wasn’t available. So I get another room and it shouldn’t ever have a charge to it, broken AC, broken remote, lighting doesn’t work. Due to no ac, I made the call and got another room. If you have any sense of customer service I would think I’d be getting a written apology and compensation for the cost of this weekend at that property. This isn’t saying staff isn’t nice but my original greeting was not pleasant especially being told at 1:30am in the morning my room was given away, especially after the app says it was paid and confirmed. And telling your guest that their credit card didn’t work when you know that isn’t a possibility is out right insulting.
