I would have given a 5 star, but the maid service was terrible. We were in a room without a washer and dryer, so we were supposed to get fresh linen daily and trash pickup daily. Out of five days, we had trash pickup 2 days, and never received fresh towels. We had to go go get towels ourselves from the check in desk Monday afternoon again Wednesday afternoon. I even stopped the maid on several occasions and they told me our towels would be swapped out when they got down to our end of the hall. But, we'd get in off the beach in the evening, every day, and no towels!!!

We had a wonderful stay! One thing to note is that although the booking says "Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort" the room was actually about 5-10 min away. We stayed at one of the True Blue Golf Resort Villas. This was on the north side of the highway and away from the beach. We had to drive to the Litchfield property to take advantage of the waterpark and beach. The True Blue property was immaculate. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating for conditions was because the waterpark was only partly working and looked very run down. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

We got there Friday they said that we couldn’t get a 4 bedroom as we had already booked we didn’t get a pool card until Sunday night and we was leaving on Monday Friday evening found bugs reported it said they noted it key cards stopped working on Saturday had to go get them activated again nice property but unorganized

We have stayed here multiple times but this time we were in a different style room. We liked the view and the room set up allowed me to stay in the back on the beds/in bathroom or head out to the beach while hubby worked at the dining table in the front part of the room. The beds were comfortable and the living area offered ample space. We liked that the galley kitchen that had full size appliances and plenty of dishes and silverware. *Need to offer a sponge for washing dishes as a dishcloth is insufficient.* Room decor was tasteful and the couch and chair were fluffy and comfy. Definitely didn’t like the toilet/shower room. There was water damage along the flooring and the toilet needed to be more securely attached to the floor. This was mentioned at checkout and I received an apology and a promise maintenance would be told so it could be addressed immediately. We will definitely be back despite the issues we encountered this time.

Reception is 10 or more miles away from the unit we stayed in. The unit itself had 3 bedrooms, however the mattresses in each bedroom were so old and noisy that woke us upon every move.

Liked the location and right across the street from the beach. Had shower to wash off the sand . The pool was very nice. Liked having a balcony. The condo had a few minor issues and not as clean as i would have liked but not bad. The walls and corners needed a good cleaning. The add showed washer and dryer in the condo but it was in a laundryroom with the trash shut by the elevator that didnt work the whole time we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and overall we were very happy with our stay

We stayed in M4 marsh hawk. We had no WiFi the entire stay. Called guest services but they stated it wasn’t them it was the owners and no one reached out so yea no service. It was raining all day and night because of the hurricane so we had to do indoor activities. The indoor pool was closed 2 days we were there. The beach is literally walking distance of the weather was nicer it was have been good.

I normally would not leave a neutral or not so good review but I do feel like a few things need to be said about the property. In relation to the check in, we got there a little early. I had called ahead to make sure we would be able to use the pool and beach and I was told that we would. When we checked in the associate told us that there was no use of those facilities, but we can try to use the facilities at Pawleys Plantation. He said that there was a beach and pool there. We got there, they said no there was no beach access. We drove around trying to find a beach & parking and ended up with a parking ticket which obviously that’s our own fault. However, when we got back to check in at 4 o’clock, the other gentleman said we could have just stayed there and used that pool and their Beach access. He said the person who checked us in was new and he didn’t know any better. Just disappointing. I told The guy I had called and asked and he still said there was no access & didn’t offer to verify. It would’ve been nice to have proper info as it wasted a few hours on our short vacation. We Checked into the room There was no hand soap at all, which was odd. The TV in the master bedroom was not working properly. There was only shampoo in the shower, which is fine, We brought our own, but for the price you pay and the fees associated, you would think that it would be fully accommodating. The ad for the location is very deceiving. We do travel often. Just wanted to mention these

This was the first property that we stayed at on vacation that we had to wash our towels an buy our own toilet paper that was NOT OK with all the money we put out to stay for 4 days the dryer didn't work and was spiders,roaches and wasps on the front porch the kids was scared

This property was everything we hoped for in a last-minute beach getaway for our family. Our host has a beautiful piece of property that is well maintained other than a few minor inconveniences like the fan and side table light in the bedroom not working properly. The property is adequately decorated and not overdone. There is enough room for everyone to feel comfortable without worrying about breaking something. As a mom of three boys, this is something we usually are concerned with but not in this case! The property was clean upon arrival and had adequate supplies for the evening. The staff removed dirty towels and replenished supplies Friday morning, but Saturday morning we had to remove our own dirty towels and request clean ones. There were no trash bags removed or clean ones provided for the rest of our stay (Sunday checkout). It was difficult to clean up before checkout due to the lack of supplies, but we managed. This is no reflection of the property owner, but rather the property management staff. Other than these minor issues, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we look forward to making this a traditional getaway from now on.

the shuttle to and from the beach is a great selling point. my family had a great time and will be coming back.
