There were great views of the marina and pool area. The staff were excellent. We had a leak in our shower that covered the bathroom floor with water. We had to use towels to block the leak. We also didn’t like that there was no option for coffee other than Starbucks at a steep price. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The shuttle service to beach is so nice and convenient and the beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach are great. Several of the staff were not very pleasant or welcoming at all.

The concierge service is great. Valet and Bellman service are top notch. I am spoiled now. I call down and my car is ready for me at the door. Bellman comes and packs my gear (luggage, cooler, bags, etc.) on to the cart, then takes it down stairs to the lobby and packs my car. Like I said, I am spoiled. The location at Grand Dunes was close to concert venue and shopping and restaurants; plus there is a terrific cafe on the premises.
