Room had minor maintenance issues. Sink door handle was loose. Kitchenette sink door was off one hinge. Had no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Refrigerator leaked water that drained onto carpet leaving water stains. The room and hallway just looked old and forgotten. Worn down. Woke up in the morning with 25-30 bug bites, even though I looked for signs of bugs.

Had to locate and bring cart to check on with no help... Only one clerk at checkin desk, so was a wait each time I had to get in line. Had to come down for towels, room was not given towels, toilet paper daily. Other than those minor things the saty was great and location was great.

The room sheets had blood on them, and I called the front desk and they just transfered me to housekeeping and no one answered. No one was at the front desk when I checked out for me to complain and ask for a refund because of blood on the sheets
