Location is good next to JR station. This also cause noise during night as trains are passing every 10-20 minutes near the building. Food is good, room is new and amenities are excellent. Front desk staffs are not warm welcoming.

We are a family of 3 staying in a business hotel and while the service of the check-in staff can be improved, the room size and proximity to the train and bus stations win us over. Plus my train-loving son enjoyed watching the train leaving the station from the window. That also means that if you are a light sleeper, do request for a room away from the train station. It is not super loud, but you definitely know it when there is a Shinkansen passing by.

Great hotel right next to the train & bus stations. Plenty of eating options downstairs if you don’t want to use the really nice restaurant at the hotel. Fair sized room with a good bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy.
