Coming into the lobby, you are going to think this place is amazing. However, once you get into the room, it is apparent it needs a face lift. The bed is cheap and uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and filthy (a pig with a wig and make up on). Lastly, the parking fee is absurd ($63 for valet and $54 for self-park). I stayed overnight with my wife. We went to Maestro’s and a comedy show. I wish there was a refrigerator to store my leftovers. On a good note the service is great and the staff is friendly/accommodating. Basically, my wife told me she’d prefer not to stay there again.

My friend and I confirmed the water in the shower doesn’t work. We turned on the faucet and didn’t get any water. Next morning, the toilet was making bubbling noises. I had to wake up to look into it.

We had a great time although it was short only one night .The person who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating which was a great start to the stay it’s the first impression that counts

I had a short stay, had to catch an airplane the next morning and it was convenient. The hotel was very nice and service was great.

The hotel overbooked and did not have the room type booked available, they downgraded our room while claiming it was an upgrade. The hotel bar was extremely expensive, $40 for one beer and one wine. Rediculous. The carpet in the room had stains, the mirror was covered in old toothpaste. There was holes in the ceiling in the corridor, and trash on the floor in the corridor throughout the stay

I just wanted to say that this is our 4th time staying here before we fly out on vacation. The staff is so friendly and the shuttle to LAX is so convenient
