old property and the carpet had a bad smell on the 9th floor. We wanted to change the room but we turned up the A/C and the smell cleared up so at the end we didn't do the room change.

The prices were daylight robbery! The pool was great. Well shaded around it & not busy. There was always a queue to check in. Too few staff. Only 2 for a big hotel. No fridge in room. Good airport shuttle though.

Not worth the stay for the pricing. Staff were not helpful even when we asked for help. There is an additional charge for parking as well as the bathroom was small. Was expecting more based off the pictures but the pictures posted online did not compare to when we got there.

Staff has double charged my breakfast. Now I have to reach out to them to clarify. This is unnecessary work from my after my trip. Ridiculous and poor staff training.

Absolutely loved this hotel, my friend who is disabled got to the hotel before I did… In Tim the manager helped to get her to the room before I got there… Excellent service! The only issue we had was the AC in our room was not working very well, hence I didn't sleep very well.... In the morning, I pointed it out to the front desk, after we had already had an engineer come later in the evening last night Promptly brought us a fan… They apologized and offered me a coupon for breakfast, which I thought was great... Regardless would recommend this Hilton to anyone it's really beautiful.
