Staff excellent and good location. Room was cleaned but very run down - torn and stained sofa (which was too uncomfortable to sit on), lumpy and soft bed (with stains on the bedhead), curtains missing (but rails and hooks there), toilet full flush broken, fittings damaged, carpet and other stains (some on a seat that made me avoid sitting there).
Whilst a handy location and staff were excellent, the room was very tired and poor upkeep (although seemed cleaned as well as it could be) - not what I expected for the brand or price. Both sofa and bed terribly uncomfortable which impacted my stay.
