The hotel is not too far by train from Narita airport and because we were heading away from the city the queue to get tickets and for the train were not long. In contrast, the queues to get tickets to Tokyo city were massive! From the train station the hotel is close if you go down the series of escalators (if you go straight onto the street you'll have to walk around the long way). The selection of amenities was the best out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, and included toothbrush and paste, razor and cream, English Breakfast teabags, drip coffee bags, creamer and sugar. The room was tiny and the carpet was shabby, but it was very clean.

The hotel was nice, clean. Employees helpful and good service. Only thing was they could not find our reservation when checking in at 9pm. They use a kiosk like at the airport to check in, my Expedia reference number didn’t work, there was a number for them on my emails from Expedia but it was partially obscured for privacy, could not get it for check in. The hotel had free shuttle from the airport but we could not use it coming in or out, only operates in the morning, I came in late 9pm and flew out late 6:30pm.

property was adequate for a Japanese business hotel. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was average but still good. My flight arrived early in the morning and I requested an early check in. The room was available but the early check in would be expensive. So I walked around the town a bit and came back to hotel. It was just over an hour before check in time and I couldn’t stay awake. I had to pay to check in 75 minutes early. Is this normal in Japan? Unsatisfied. I would go back there though as the previous hotel in the area was the same although they let me check in a bit early for free! Whoopee!

Overall good location near train station and upkeep is good. Only minor gripe is they seem to allocate lousy rooms to foreigners eg 2nd floor with view of a bicycle shed. Stayed here several times and each time it happens

While it is not a large international brand, the room was nice and clean with adequate space. Breakfast was good and the hotel provides airport transportation in the morning. We took regular Keisei train from Narita International Airport to Keisei Narita Station (5-7 minutes ride) and less than 5 minutes walk from the station. There are plenty of restaurants near the station. Very good value for the money.
