The hotel is not too far by train from Narita airport and because we were heading away from the city the queue to get tickets and for the train were not long. In contrast, the queues to get tickets to Tokyo city were massive! From the train station the hotel is close if you go down the series of escalators (if you go straight onto the street you'll have to walk around the long way). The selection of amenities was the best out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, and included toothbrush and paste, razor and cream, English Breakfast teabags, drip coffee bags, creamer and sugar. The room was tiny and the carpet was shabby, but it was very clean.

Very walkable from JR Station, our room was small but comfortable. Employees were exceptionally welcoming & helpful with offers of extra amenities for our comfort. The complimentary shuttle back to Narita Airport was an added bonus.

There was a miscommunication about how many people could stay in a room compared to what Expedia advertised. But the hotel staff was very accommodating and kind. We were so happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and would always greet us no matter what time we got back from exploring. It’s a 5 min walk from the station and it was very convenient. The only thing that I would say is that the carpet was stained near the fridge from possible water damage but other than that the room was nice and clean.

The hotel lobby is spacious and the staff accommodating. The room was dated but clean. The best part of the hotel was its close proximity to both Natita train stations and the famous Omotesando Street and numerous eateries.

Hotel is nice overall, but one thing to note is that their shuttle only runs in the morning, so if you have a later flight you’d need to arrange your own transportation, which was against the reason why I chose this hotel in the first place. A lot of other hotels in the area runs airport shuttle all day.

very nice hotel… the airport shuttle requires booking and it runs from 06:00-middayish. I explored the little lane near Narita Station and shopping around in shisui outlet which was funtastic to leave shopping on the last day as we don’t have to carry heavy luggages when changing hotels.loving the gifts for the kids which makes my daughter really happy especially the shower sponge and the bear slippers. This hotel definitely surprised me and will definitely stay her again if visit Narita again.

The hotel is walking distance from the train station. Front desk personnel was helpful. Convenient Airport shuttle bus to the airport. It only runs 4x a day from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning every hour
