We chose the Best Western because we had stayed there on another occasion. Our 1st night was ok but in the morning we found out we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. My husband told the staff and we thought it might be fixed by evening when we returned after being out all day. It was not. The did try to put us in a new room and it smelled like something was burning. They did get us a second room and the night was good. When we arrived back the next day after being gone again all day our card key wouldn't work. Had it rescanned to work. Total we spent 4 nights .

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. The staff helped me pull off a surprise for a gentleman friend that I drove from Kansas City to meet. Everything went grear and he was completely surprised. Thank you all for your help!

This was a first.
The hotel was very clean, some if the staff was very friendly. Only problem i had was with check in, They as for my idea and card to hold for in damage which was just fine until they charge my card for my room which i prepaid for. I saw charge on my card Sunday morning on my check out asked what this was about. The lady at the deck help me out, but still wait for charges to come off my card.

Clean and quiet, but very ordinary
Friendly, welcoming staff and clean, quiet room. Almost everything about the stay was positive, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the tv remote and monitor would not change the channel. Not a big deal, and overall, it was a solid place to stay for the night.

Not a good start to the new year
Young man at check in didnt know what he was doing and couldn't find my booking. He disnt care and wasnt going to help either. I had to call hotels.com to figure it out. After almost an hour, they got me into a room. He said he couldn't call a manager because it was new years eve, but when i went back out, he had called one. She was nice and helpful. Double beds were small but comfy. Bathroom wasnt very clean and the floor was super slippery. Luckily they had a rubber mat to put down. They had spray painted over the heat bulb in the bathroom so we couldn't use that. Some of the drywall was starting to peel. It just mainly needs a refresh. The hot tub wasnt hot and was filled with yelling kids. We were hoping to go in after they were gone but the desk person let them stay in well after it closed at 11pm. It wasnt a great way to bring in the new year. lots of yelling and running up and down the hallways late at night too.
