There's really no way to say this politely; I love this hotel so please, even if you read this review, don't book a room as occasionally it gets full! Right down town in one of BCs best towns, scenery, culture and community. Patiently restored heritage hotel. All good.

Very cute boutique hotel,lots of bars and pubs around the area. Room was very nice,only downside was all the windows are frosted over so you can't see out. No parking so you have to pay for parking at parkade next door,and check out time at parkade is 7:00 in the morning so you pay for two,nights even if only staying one night. No breakfast included and room is pretty pricey. Well I thought it was nice I would not stay again as you don't get your bang for you buck.

Gorgeous!!! A feel like a scaled back Palliser Hotel but completely modernized. Can’t say enough about that. My only complaint is that I picked a room because of the multi-view… both windows were frosted because when I opened the vent windows to see one was the next building and the other to an alley parking lot. Otherwise beautiful

Parking is super cheap in the parkade next door to the hotel, cost 16$ for 3days, hotel is amazing and theres lots to do around the hotel

Classy older hotel in the heart of Downtown Nelson. I got an upgraded room, staff was classy and well-trained. The restaurant and bar here were also very pleasant. While I can't say enough good things about the hotel, I hadn't stayed in Nelson in awhile, and was surprised at how many homeless people there were downtown. It really took the joy out of exploring this beautiful town.
