Cappadocia Caves Hotel is a very good hotel located in the centre of Goreme. The rooms are big and comfortable in the style of caves. The breakfast is wide selection of cold foods and a small selection of hot food. The hotel is a quaint and enjoyable. A very nice stay!

great location, good breakfast room was ok, very good size, unfortunately there were ants on the bed. hard to sleep because of that. I ask to please be cleaned and put something they cleaned it, but problem continue. hotel premises were dirty, care less needs a lot of improvements. pictures on website are not accurate I'm glad just booked for 2 nights.

A lovely hotel! They have a very friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. They helped book some excursions & provided advice on the best way to reach certain destinations. It’s not really a cave hotel, so keep that in mind. The breakfast was expansive but our least favorite of the hotels we stayed within. The room & bathroom was more spacious than any of the other hotels we stayed in. It’s in a great location & walkable to everything!

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. My only issue would be the room we booked was two twin beds and it was very tight for space. No room for luggage. Other than that it was very nice.

The manager was very helpful, gracious and accommodating. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The pool was a perfect temperature. The location was close to many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast was disappointing, no taste of turkish food, the use leftover food for next day, everything was cold and not tasty, also shower leaks, the whole floor was wet and soaking in water, cleaners very unprofessional, I ordered food from their kitchen they didn’t let me to bring my food in the room while room service was promised! Overall if it wasn’t because of the city and what had offered I would have been completely disappointed

The room we stayed in has a huge bath room with no exhaust. The furnitures inside the room is a bit outdated making the room look old and dirty. The free breakfast was really good and has a lot of options. And the staffs were really nice.

I did plenty of research on hotels as a first time visitor to Goreme. Unfortunately, I cannot give Cappadocia Caves Hotel a glowing review. PRO's: 1. Fantastic location - easily walkable to any area in Goreme. Shopping is closeby and convenient 2. The hotel reception staff made activites (camel ride, turkish dinner, airport transfer, green/red tour etc..) very easy and accommodating (Thank you!) and the price is reasonable. 3. When housekeeping was requested, they cleaned the room by the time we arrived back. CON's: The room was beyond loud. There had to be some sort of pipe/installation above our room that made it seem like people were stomping above. (We checked ourselves. There was not a room above ours). The room said we had a balcony. Not true. The balcony is in front of another room. We still used it but very inconvenient and felt we imposed on the other gusts in front of their door. The shower was something from a trailer park. Water covered the bathroom floor outside of the shower every time it was in use. And the room smelt like mildew for the 5 stay duration. There's not a large amount of hotels in Goreme with a pool (thou there are 5-10 others). The pool was drained on a very hot April day. Would have been nice to know of the maintenance before our booking. The breakfast was OK. Nothing great. The patio/photo area of rugs and pillows was removed most days. There was wind but no rain. I would suggest putting a tarp over and tying down like the other hotels

Great stay and incredible service!
The stay was incredible, and our room was clean and tidy. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They also were able to help book us with a variety of activities, including horseback riding and a Turkish bath, and in general had great service. There was also room service. Views from the roof are also incredible.

Amazing attentive team!
The team at cappadocia caves were amazing, they were so attentive from the very start, helping us with everything we wanted to do, organised the red tour and sunset horseriding for us. When our balloon flight was cancelled 3 days in a row they made sure we got on a flight the morning we left and it was amazing! Anything we asked for in the hotel they sorted straight away and were so kind! Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by a friendly face and it was a delicious breakfast too! The room was a cool cave and simple and had everything we needed. The hotel was just a couple of minute walk from the centre of town and was the perfect location. They also organised our transfers to the airport which was great! The roof terrace had a pool that sadly the weather didn’t allow us to use, but had incredible views and multiple little swings for insta opportunities!
