Great location, right in the center of town. Walk-in distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel need to invest on better beds and pillows so therefore comfort is not there. Breakfast is really bad, everything is cold including pastries.

The hotel was accommodating when our flight to Kayseri Airport was cancelled, and they allowed us to arrive a day late. The room looked nicer in photos, and our big disappointment was there was NO MIRROR over the bathroom sink, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very, very hard. However, the room was attractive, but there was no bureau to put clothes. The hot water was up and down, and when I wanted to take my last shower there was no hot water at all. The great part of the hotel was the amazing breakfast spread. It was beyond delicious. The location was also very convenient.

Great location near downtown, staff very helpful with leaving luggage after checkout but before flight, great assistance with info and tours, checkin and great Breakfast. Would love to stay again.

Photo moments and buffet not as expected
The roof top patio (the one with the pillows and carpet) was not what we expected - we booked your hotel because we saw it on a tik tok and the roof top was not decorated as nicely decorated. There were only 2 pillows there. They should make it more instagram worthy - it would attract more people to stay there. Also, they didn't label the food at the buffet. We had to constantly ask what each dish was every morning as it changed everyday.

It was interesting staying in a cave but it was awesome! Reception was great easy check in! Can walk from hotel to restaurants and shopping

Hotel is near to everywhere. Great location especially the hot air balloon, will fly above the hotel. Good parking space as we arrived not during the busiest period.
