nobody cared about us. There was no hospitality at all. The breakfast was very bad. The rooms are incredibly bad, everything is old. There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe and they broke when I picked them up.

Good stay
The hotel was nice, located a bit at the edge of town but very close to all the restaurants and other amenities. Cappadocia is very touristy, so the staff know what they are doing. Breakfast was a bit meager but acceptable. Recommend.

Fabulous staff, we got in pretty late and staff managed to sort out a last minute transfer and we're super welcoming and friendly despite it being 2am. Very attentive throughout the stay.

It’s an amazing place. Very unique for regular hotel with breathtaking view. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was free and had good variety & good quality. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s beautiful, the caves and the views are breathtaking, the breakfast is good . The staff does not speak English so communication is a bit difficult. Overall lovely place and service , would visit again .

Staff helpful and courteous . Especially Filiz :) Rooms r clean. View for balloons is good . Due to the nature of caves, washrooms stink . Powerful Exhaust or extraction fan needed . The current one doesn’t do anything. Breakfast was modest . Could be better. The view from breakfast balcony is awesome .
