Friendly staff. Hotel needs some upgrades.
Staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and coverlet showed much wear and tear. One sheet even displaying an actual tear. Coffee maker in room did not function. TV did not have the capability to stream. We were quite disappointed.

This hotel was great! Clean and updated enough, staff was pleasant and helpful. Complimentary coffee was actually delicious, even when I got it at 3:30am when checking out. Only con for me is location. Not completely terrible, just not convenient for tourism. It’s actually connected to a hospital and there are “wild” chickens across the street that are so cute! Didn’t hear any noise through the closed balcony doors though. Bc price was right, I’d stay again but would make sure to rent a car. That was MY mistake not renting a car having to Uber everywhere. I did notice a CVS,, Popeye’s and Wendy’s all within 2ish blocks of the hotel street, so that’s good lol. Only a 20-25 min ride to airport, and 10-15 min to Caesars Superdome or Bourbon St/French Quarter.

I liked everything about this hotel. While no breakfast, everything else felt stellar, as if I was an a hotel costing thrice the price. Only thing of note is that the outlets were very, very loose.
