Wonderful
This is the place to stay in the quarter. Few blocks from bourbon, french market, and jackson square. Steps from the trolly to take you everywhere. Pool was amazing!! Breakfast was amazing and included. Cheap parking and secured with gate. This is my goto place for the quarter now. Very pleased.

I loved the charm of the hotel. Definitely suiting the location. Our room was a little disappointing. The flip lock was broken, the curtain was broken, carpet was stained, entire room smelled musty. Other than that the amenities were good. Staff was excellent!! Helpful and friendly.

Easy walkable to all the area - Jackson square , Cafe de Mu de , carraige riding , St Ann st , River walk , French quarter walking tour , the only concern bathroom is very small compared to room and parking is a challenge for those staying just one night.

This property is old, dirty and has mold on the walls. There was a strong mildew smell and I had to check out early because the mold was so bad that I couldn’t breathe. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The breakfast was free and wonderful. Especially if you are on a budget or with family. Great options to select from. Staff was very sales heavy trying to sell tours. Once they had your money, they did not pay much attention. Not rude, just indifferent. Personality showed to us and other guests

Overall it was an ok experience for our first time in New Orleans. It was about a 7 block walk to main streets which normally isn’t bad . The weather was 103 degrees in the day so the walk was bad. Also at night some of the streets to the hotel were very empty and shady
