Great second stay at BWFQ
The hotel staff here is very accommodating and helpful. They were oversold this weekend and our original room type was not available so we instead ended up in their suite which was lovely. Breakfast is great and my only comment is the rooms, particularly the floors, could be a little cleaner at check in.

Awful awful stay. The hotel is absolutely filthy. The furniture is dirty. The shower is dirty and looks moldy. The front desk and manager were rude and completely unhelpful. They gave us the wrong room (paid for two fulls and got two twins) for 3 people. They said they wouldn’t fix it but offered to bring a cot. They never did. The location is farther from the football stadium and felt unsafe to walk to and from.

The location is hard to beat, the parking situation is fantastic. If you're willing to pay, and the rooms are fantastically comfy for the price. The front desk was always very helpful when we needed them and made check in and check out a smooth and easy process.
