Our room was very dated and not clean. There was hair left in the bath and on the sheets. The staff were not helpful and the lady working at the front desk for the breakfast buffet was incredibly rude to my family.

On arrival our floors were quite dirty and we had no shower gel in the provided container. We left a note the following day and all was fixed. Very convenient for our wedding we attended up at twin waters golf club. Overall it was a good stay.

Was convient as I was staying for a wedding, but was more expensive than it needed to be. I had hair from a previous guest still in my bathroom. There was a full function outside my room, which I wasnt informed about, so my balcony with lagoon views (which I paid extra for) I couldn't use for 1 of my 2 nights stay. Definitely would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Water activity was good, but found the restaurant male staff to be arrogant when questioned on service. To pool area was to open at 7am but was still being cleaned and serviced till much later. The spar was still not working at 9:30 am. They had the same menu for lunch and dinner, and it was overpriced and boring.

property had a lovely outlook was quiet and well maintained. clean and very tidy.. booked for 4 guests and only received 3 towels .. room key would not work so we were locked out of our room until partner went to rectify the issue .. child busting for toilet .. did allow us a later check out which was helpful with our travel plans . was a bit pricey for a one night stay .. girlfriend stayed at same time and rang venue instead of going through booking agent and got an $80 discount.. .

Resort is tired and needs maintenance. Some staff are helpful but most have an attitude issue and don't take responsibility for ensuring guest comfort. The resort is totally unsuitable for disabled and there is no indication on the website that long walks on unstable paths are required to navigate the property. Meals are best described as heated frozen dinners however the breakfast buffet had a good selection

Check in was simple. Ordered room service once in my room. Was told to dial a different number for room service drinks, this extension along with reception, bar, in room dining was either engaged or rung out (for nearly an hour I tried) I actually thought something may have been wrong with the phone! Finally got hold of someone. The floor of my room was quite dirty, so much so that after sitting with my feet up on the bed there was dirt and other peoples hair left there. Hair from others left on door frame in bathroom and shower. Skirting boards under the desk very dusty/dirty. Gap under front door easy for snakes and the likes to come in and join you in your room considering all the gardens and lake nearby. $40 buffet breakfast was average in taste / flavour but there was a lot to choose from.

Room was ok, skirting boards had gaps between them and the wall as if they had water damage previously, bathroom bench (wooden) was also pretty worn. Considering I paid $455 for one night I would have expected better quality.. floor wasn’t very clean, I had to dust my feet off otherwise I would have had dirt in my bed.. it’s not all bad, the buffet breakfast was really good..

I am sure back in its “hey day” this would have been quite a flashy place to stay. It’s not now. Reception were lacking in personality and there was no welcome. Customer service was zero. We liked our room, inside. It looked great. Bathroom, lovely. Bed, so rock hard we left at 3.30am. A mixture of consistent noise outside our room by guests not understanding there were people trying to sleep and that the floor would have been close to as comfortable as the bed was. Seriously bright lights outside the room also make a good sleep near impossible. Won’t be back. Is what it is.
