Disappointing stay as resort is very run down, rooms were sub standard for the price, not even a saucer for a tea cup, no cutlery. Poolside tables and lounge old and ratty, ants in the room. Did not feel like resort living unfortunately.

The entrance and hotel looks very luxury-beside the look the rooms are very poor conditions. The AC are super dusty and the whole interior looks like 1977.

While the room was adequate, had supplied minimum in the way of sugar and milk. The biggest downer was the Sola restaurant. No table service, the floor was dirty with food scraps, and they got the food order wrong and took over 40 minutes to be served.

Even though the property is old, it still presents pretty well. They need to add another pool so you can separate the kids from the adults. Adult pool and family pool. No seats available, couldn't access spa because of the kids and 2 days without towels. Not good enough for a resort. Also, the food is well below par, 3 out of 10. Food is served cold with little taste. If it was just a restaurant, it would go broke.

I love the place myself and the kids had a blast. Some constructive criticism, some staff members are friendly others not so much. Disappointed when I got back to my room the afternoon and my room was not made up and beds where not made properly. I love coming back to a fresh clean room.

Signage to find rooms is minimal and difficult to see at night. Tap water pressure was weak. Service was wonderful just the above aspects were a disappointment. The room itself was comfortable but more a 3 to 3.5 star quality. The service from the staff pushed it up to 4.

EXTREMELY outdated. There was dust built up on the vintage curtains, stains in the bath and shower, the carpet was so old and felt dirty under your feet. The tiles needed a good bleach. 2 star motels I’ve stayed in were more comfortable.

Horrible stay
The main area is beautiful and the pool area is great. Checked in thinking fornthe money we paid we will be placed in a decent room. It felt qe cheked into a 2 start motel. Inhave photos of rusty items , the carpets were smelling lile mold and old, dust everywhere and the bathroom was dirty and beds looked like 1970. Lamps were dirty and broken. Terrible experience. For dinner I order food that came one hour and half later. Such a disappointing experience. Not worth the money not worth ever going back there.
