Great location!! Right in back of the Cathedral and steps away from Bourbon street. I was amazed by how quiet it was at night. Traveled with kids and they slept well. Staff was fantastic!! We’re staying here again when we come back!!

Disappointing bar and food service for a hotel of this caliber. Stayed in a suite but furnishings and amenities were sparse room not serviced till 4.30pm. Security overlooked group parties on our floor that went wild till the wee hours of the morning. Great location. Needs some Love to bring her back

The Hotel is fine but we arrived at 1:30 am to no water in the entire hotel. We couldn't flush toilets and brush teeth and shower. It was back on the next day but pretty gross after just flying across the US. It was something that was scheduled so Expedia should have been notified and guests should have had the right to cancel or been credited for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful bar with live jazz music, plus a restaurant (we had breakfast there and it was delicious). This hotel is beautiful with great staff and a great location!

Had a pleasant stay at the Bourbon hotel… The staff were very friendly and helpful… The location is amazing.. overall a great place to stay while visiting New Orleans..

I don’t know where to start…the bathroom door that wouldn’t close with screws falling off the hinges? The horrible paint job across the whole property interior? The filthy carpets in our room, the peeling paint in our bathroom, the broken shower handle and water that wouldn’t get quite warm? Dirty counter tops in bathroom, no hair dryer, etc etc list goes on and on. Let’s also mention this is after we asked to be upgraded from a deluxe king to a “suite” and paid an additional $100 a night. I have no idea how people would give this hotel a high rating? Old and dirty and staff that sat around on their phone looking bothered to speak to customers. Needless to say would NEVER stay here again.
