Our annual football trip and Four Points was on point!!! The staff was warm and inviting, and were able to answer our questions at any time. Their location allowed for us to have a safe stay while enjoying everything New Orleans had to offer

Cute place! Clean room, and convenient location. Downside - I called front desk for an extra blanket and they refused to give me one because housekeeping had already left for the day. Like really?! Bourbon St & Toulouse St are very noisy, but hotel room has ear plugs which is nice. Lots of bars, restaurants and touristy things in the area.

Staff were terrific! Check in staff and security were great for a chat. Location is the very best! Rooms are comfortable The decision is: for a balcony room where there is action to watch at any hour, and noise all night. Or a rear room where you can sleep. Very comfortable bed and situated in a convenient area. Quite pricey for what it is but recognise we were in a tourist spot. Staff were pleasant and we were allowed an early check in which helped. There was ongoing construction work in the lobby but that didn't affect our stay. We were allowed to use the facilities after check out which is appreciated.

1. The cover for the air conditioner fell down. 2. The front desk staff, named Larry, was rude in his replies to our inquiries. 3. Cleaning staff left much to desire. No change of towels, no vacuum and didn’t take out the bathroom garbage, no cleaning of the room at all. 4. Incomplete maintenance of the air conditioner, the log of the equipment had the dates so you cannot lie. On the other hand, there a few good points for the personnel that works at the bar in the afternoon, they were very kind and helpful. Margot from concierge was helpful with her recommendations.

The hotel is a little outdated, but it is perfect for a trip to the French Quarter. It was very accessible. Everything was local and I love the walking out of the front door to a party.

Never again!
Location is perfect. If you cant stand loud noises this is jot for you but noise does not bother us. My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and from the start we had issues. Staff very rude, could not get additional hangers and was.told it is only 4 hangers to a couple. Toilets do not flush properlyand you literally have to fill the bathroom garbage can with water to flush the toilet. Hair was all over the shower also in between the shower curtains. Complained to management about bathroom and they said he will have housekeeping come and clean. They never did. Told management the next day that they never came and he argued wlthat they did yet i have pictures to prove the nastiness in the bathroom. To pay over $1200 for 3 nights and have this level of service is disgusting and disappointing. Next time we will go to astor crowne where we normally stay.
