Beautiful property, excellent location, and superb customer service. The only drawback was that the room was too small for 3 people. It was hard to get out of bed because it was so close to the wall.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the property is historic and quaint ,really takes you back to the days of yesteryear. We had a windowless room and the bed was so soft we lost track of time. We found the property to be clean. Decor is French provincial style and there is a small pool and courtyard to relax in.

Great Place for the price.
It’s in the French Quarter and close to shops and Bourbon Street. We loved the New Orleans charm of the hotel! If you turn left out of the hotel and walk a few blocks there is a breakfast cafe that is AMAZING!!!

Property was great, clean room and lovely staff. Great location but as a single woman I was told by a local to Uber everywhere even if walkable as it’s not safe. I live in SF so it didn’t bother me much to walk short distances.
