When we showed up we didnt know where to park. So we asked the valet. The man was really nice instead of talking to us girls like we were stupid. He gave me all my option's of what it would cost foe valet or to self park and pay for the day. I really appreciated that beacuse sometimes when a young women ask question people talk to myself and others like we dont have common sense! I really appreciate and valued his help!

One of my favorite spots in the city. On St Charles with street stops under a block away. The restaurant downstairs is phenomenal. And across the street there is a great little cafe. ā€œ The Streetcar Cafeā€! Two blocks to the French quarter. Great spot. Will be back. Fo sho!!

Very convenient to the French Quarter. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. If you like to go to bed early you may have a little trouble with the noise from the street car passing by, but other than that, itā€™s a wonderful place to stay.

This was our 1st time staying at the Hilton. It did not disappoint either! I didnā€™t like furry friends being welcomed at the hotel. But I didnā€™t see, or smell any animals. Hotel lobby smelled wonderful. The valet guys PROVIDED EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were so helpful & friendly. Went out of their way to make you happy & solve any situation!(

The rooms are tiny. This was the smallest room I have ever seen at a Hilton hotel, But I guess that should be expected when youā€™re staying in 100-year-old building. They said this size room could sleep four people, and it probably could but would be very very uncomfortable. luckily it was only me staying there.

The Hilton St. Charles is a great property that is central to everything! Quick walks to Bourbon St., French Quarter, French Market, shopping, and restaurants. Check is was super fast and easy. Staff were very friendly, the property is very clean, and safe. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when Iā€™m in NOLA.
