So staff weren’t helpful. When I arrived there my room wasn’t ready the room I was assigned to wasn’t cleaned I waited an hour. Last minute they assigned a room. After they tried to charged my card twice. Also if your traveling no where it is in the app, it says it’s available parking but only valet of parking garage both 30 and up per day. It wasn’t pleasant. I had to check early because I didn’t like the stay. Went to clerk to check out I checked in the app she didn’t check me out till three no receipt.

Very nice. Friendly, helpful staff.
Everything was very efficient and the room seemed very clean. The building is very old, though, which has its charms for those who prefer old buildings. I didn't see a recycle bin in the room, so I used a paper bag for recycleables and hoped they'd be recycled.

A good trip overall. Didn't really spend any time at hotel except to get a few hours rest. I never ask for special treatment, especially on just an overnight trip, but if we were going to stay for more than one night it would be nice to get a view of the city instead of a dirty back alley and parking garage. Check in was fast and easy and counter person was nice and helpful despite this and check out was equally as easy, as they were processing a few folks and all I had to do was drop my room key into a bucket in the count, grab a complimentary coffee, and we were out the door! I'd definitely stay again.
