Awful experience stay at the star grand hotel. I already blooked for two adults and one child so I paid for all services includ breakfast, but they didn't offer bed and breakfast for my daughter so they changed me for bed ang breakfast. Even they didn't offered a bottle of water for free .That is very simple things thats all two star hotels do.

One of the hot tubs were broken and they were dirty. The staff had limited English and knowledge. The restaurants were unaffordable and too packed. The in room dining was very good but expensive. Not suitable for kids at all. Very rude restaurant staff at the Garden We will not be back

The rooms are Ave and tied. The bed is flimsy and uncomfortable, bathroom tight and cramped. Despite wanting and requesting the room be serviced twice, it never was. Mini bar had an opened drink in it. TV channels constantly dropping out.

Incredible rude concierge, 40 minute line up for check in, reception staff overworked and too tired to be polite, ridiculous room rates, TV didn’t work in room, no food for allergies in such a big establishment. Have stayed here before a number of times and loved it. Won’t stay again.
