Really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We came for Taylor Swift concert and the hotel made friendship bracelets and had them in our room. My daughter didn’t have time to get braclets before coming to New Orleans so she was so happy to have them to wear to the concert. Thank you for making this trip more special! Beds were very comfortable and self check in was easy. I forgot my airpod pros in the room and they even mailed them to me in Denver. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. When we walked in there were friendship bracelets and a welcome card from the staff! Very personable. The room was a little small for the 4 of us, but for the price for the weekend it wasn't too bad.

This was a last minute property due to a cancellation from another property. The room was clean and management was very helpful. My family felt safe there. Since we were in a room next to the street it did get noisy.

Beware: no office or onsite help
Well not able to tell you about the stay as when I arrived there is no office. There is only a gated parking area for guest that required a PIN code to open the gate. Never got an email with any information about what I needed to do when I arrived. When trying to call the front desk for help, the phone only rang until it went dead. Tried calling multiple times. Would have been nice to have been given more information before my trip so I could have known there was no front desk or help on property and what I would have needed to do to access the property and my room that I paid for. Had to go find another hotel for my stay and pay even more money.

I came for the TNF Saints game. I arrived Wednesday & left early Friday morning. The property is small, but gated and well maintained. They provide you with the number codes to the gate and your room a couple days before your stay. Check in is at 4 p.m., but they allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Nice comfy beds, they don't have microwaves, only mini fridges. The Superdome is a 2 mile walk, but it beats paying for parking and caught up in the traffic. I only come to New Orleans for Saints games, so this will be one of my go-tos if I wanna stay closer to the Superdome for an affordable price.

At least the beds were comfy
The room was so tiny. There was barely room to walk with 2 queen beds a mini fridge and a mini desk. The beds were comfy. There was no staff on site when we checked out. The link to do check in and check out did not work. People were screaming and playing at pool at 3am

This was a quaint little motel in a busy area. It was pretty quiet most of the time. The room was very clean and well kept. I would recommend to the staff to put in a few more outlets and ask for a microwave.

Check-in/out easy. Staff friendly. Room 2 queens very clean, mattress/pillows excellent, room cleaning at request, towel exchange easy. Noise level was minimal. Uber/Lyft can easily get you where you need to be. We didn’t have a vehicle but motel had assigned spots. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but the area around s the pool was very clean and the water was clear; other guest were using the pool. Overall i would give 2 thumbs up 👍 👍. We would definitely stay here again .
