They valeted my car and charged almost $100 per night then left it parked on the street for 2 days and nights and I have damage to my vehicle from this. The air conditioner was loud and it shook the bed when it was on. Bed was very uncomfortable. Would never book there again

Great hotel with a very friendly staff. I like that is wasn't a giant hotel. The hotel bar area was very nice The adjoining restaurant was perfect for what I wanted. My next trip, I will be returning.

The staff was friendly, responsive and professional. The main areas in the hotel, like the lobby and bar meeting areas were welcoming and comfortable. The room wasn't great. We had a suite and the sitting area was likely the darkest room we've ever had with only dim lighting. The bedroom area was similarly dark, even when all the lights were on. Also, the carpet in the bedroom had several large areas of brown staining that were unpleasant to see. The staff tried to clean it, but the stains would not come out. The room very much needs re-carpeting and should not be rented out in its current state.

Fantastic NOLA ambiance two blocks away from Canal. Close enough to the Quarter, and also tucked away when you need to relax. Great lobby/library/bar area to relax and chill.

Loved this hotel! Staff was so kind. Bartenders were the best. Did not love the noisiness from the maid staff. Loud every Monday we were there starting at 8am. Public restrooms downstairs could have been cleaner.
