Clean rooms. Great location. Be aware there are only 2 lifts for 27 story building and lifts fete overcrowded around check-out time. I had to waited 20 min to be able to get to the lobby.

This property was perfect for our weekend in NYC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable and felt safe. Our room was clean. My only complaint is the elevator had issues, request a room on a lower floor for convenience.

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the Empire State Building that was worth the extra $. Only real complaint is a slow and unreliable elevator and the shower only had two temperatures - blistering hot or tap cold. Otherwise a nice stay.

For a Hilton, I wasn’t impressed unfortunately. The elevators took forever, no views on most floors, my bath tub got clogged the first day, and overall the equipment (AC/Heater) are quite dated.

Very well situated hotel. Room was very clean, but quite small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Slightly noisy at night time but i guess that is to be expected in NYC. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I would have appreciated if the check-in clerk could have been more friendly and attentive. I was the one who had to ask questions regarding parking, breakfast times, check-out times, etc. Such information should be automatically given to all guests.

The hotel rooms were clean and always restocked from an outing. Staff was helpful. The short comings that there are two elevators which are fairly small and create a long wait. Rooms are clean but small. It served our need as were put all day. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, sych as the enpire state building and times square. But be prepared to walk. Iverall , a very good hotel. Price point was fair fir our petsonal budget.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to the Theatre District, Times Square, the Chelsea Market, and the High Line. The 1 train is one block away. The staff is terrific. The only challenge is taking the elevator between 9am and 10am. There are 20-some floors with only two elevators, so the wait time is longer than expected. Just plan accordingly. The hotel is great!

The staff was really great, Amir was super helpful. Convenient location, close to many sightseeing attractions like Times Square Madison Square Gardens, lots of restaurants. Hotel was clean. Rooms are small but why are you in your room when there are so many things to do! Would recommend!
