Although we were very grateful to be upgraded the Suite needed some tender loving care painting, couches needed cleaning spots on it, fridge was old and not plugged in. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been washed spots on it. One day we didn’t even get housekeeping and we were out of our room by 9:00 and when we are staying for 4 nights we don’t need a new soap each time that’s just a waste. Took forever for hot water and one of the toilet flappers had to adjust so it wouldn’t keep running. Can’t believe hotels in general don’t have a recycling program maybe that’s just a US thing I’m not sure. Overall it was ok bed was comfortable. We ate at Mona Mia outside felt like a sardine squeezed into a corner. For fine dining felt like we were sitting inside a McDonalds and we could smell the sewer if you dine here ask to be inside. Gambling one day a homeless person was walking around asking for money not that great of security that I could see as he was in there for awhile

Inadequate lounges at pool and there is lots of space. Room furniture and a bar in casino—- worn out and very out of date and unattractive furniture. Lines for breakfast pastries and coffee were way too long. Checking in line at noon took 20 minutes. Elevator service was good. Housekeeping said the Caesar organization could not provide a shower cap. Duplication of restaurants in Caesar group made them unattractive. Liked mon ami gabi. Gym adequate . Would not return or recommend.

Nicely themed property. Very convenient to attractions inside and out. Beds very comfortable. They need more staff. If you have issues or concerns you can’t find a person. Need to phone and wait. Also needs upgrade as paint and carpeting looking worn. But all in all an excellent experience

Great hotel in prime location on the strip so east to walk to main areas. Very busy everywhere but it’s Vegas

I think the room needed some updating, especially the bathroom. The light on the wall next to bed was falling off and standing lamp was tilted and broken. I really think it’s horrible that once you get there you get charged $50 a night for wifi and gym. Really? We are staying and betting in their hotel. WiFi should always be free and who the hell is gonna work out while staying in Vegas. Also the wifi is for only 2 items, if you need for more than 2 it’s an additional $15. I expected more from this hotel.
