The location was excellent, staff were amazing, my room was quiet ( these were great) but the windows were not functional ( above the restaurant I think) which made my room feel like a prison! There was a surprise service charge that was not communicated before.

This is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel within walking distance of many of the tourist spots in NYC. We walked to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Central Park from here. The staff was excellent. The room was nice but the shower had some cracks in the floor. That's really the only con. I guess, the fee for the coffee bar is a little steep too since it's just the little pods that most hotels offer for free. I only drank 1 cup over 2 days so that's about $32 for that one cup. I knew about the coffee fee going in so it's not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close to NYPL and Grand Central. Super clean hotel. Never worried about crime. Comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2. Clean, working shower, toilet and sink area. The hotel checked in with us daily, by text, to see how we were enjoying our stay and if they could do more to make it stay more enjoyable. On our last day, they had a bag check so we could enjoy one last day of NYC before heading to the airport. Would totally stay here again.
