Walked in to a nice view, a lovely personalized note on the TV that felt very welcoming, and overall accessibility to public transit was good. The hotel food was subpar but that's my only complaint.

At check-in, the front desk personnel had copies of our reservations for 2 rooms from Expedia, thus, they very well know that we booked through a third-party. Additionally, we explicitly told them that our reservations were through Expedia. They then proceeded with checking us in and told us about the daily food and beverage credit for $10 per adult per room, since I'm a diamond member. We proceeded with availing with the daily $10 credit per adult and when the front desk personnel (different personnel on some days) will check our pantry purchases and we'd bought a little over, they'd acknowledge that we'd just have to pay the amount that is over, sometimes just $2 over the daily food and beverage credit. At check out, they said we couldn't avail of the daily food and beverage credit since we booked through a third-party! Also, they charged us a way higher room rate than our Expedia reservation! We complained and they said that they'll fix it. We left the hotel and 8 days later after check out, nothing was fixed, and my card was charged the higher rate! I called the hotel, and they fixed the room rates but said there's nothing they can do with the daily food and beverage credit. Said they're sorry and will inform their staff of the rules! It's so frustrating, first of all, it was their staff that represented that we have the credit we can use! Second of all, we wouldn't get the drinks (coke, etc.) and snacks (M&M's, etc.) that were OVERPRICED if we we're not told we have

Very bumpy check in. Arrived at 10pm and they we trying to figure out if they have a clean room for us (although I texted them the day before that I have expected arrival at 6pm and they acknowledged. Room was tiny (could barely fit 2 suitcases and 2 cary-on. Otherwise ok.

I was charged an additional $100 as the clerk said there was a glitch. I showed him the Expedia quote/reservation number but was still charge more than the $593 for two nights. I will not stay there again just for that reason. It’s too bad because other than that it was a great stay.

The location was ideal for my stay. I rarely saw staff and the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was good and strong. The mini fridge in my room and microwave were very useful. There was no luggage rack in the room and no space to place my luggage except the bed. There was construction happening over the hotel entryway but no construction noise. There was no included breakfast as there usually is at other properties by this company. I would stay here again because of the location and proximity to many shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Thank you.
