A sign in the bathroom says housekeeping every other day. I stayed for four nights and housekeeping never came in the room. The breakfast available was not adequate. Not enough variety for $22. The neighborhood has limited breakfast places: McDonalds and a bsgel place with 40 min lines. The room was so tiny there was no room for the desk chair. I thought the manager should have compensated me for the lack of housekeeping. All I got was an apology. Expedia needs to update its description of this property. There is no valet parking, nor self parking on the block. Tourists should note: this place is pretty far from the theater district. Had to take a lot of taxis.

Great hotel for the price
Very good Manhattan hotel to stay at, relatively speaking, for the price. One of two elevators didn't work the first day, important for a hotel 28 stories tall. Also, the scaffolding in the front of the hotel (for maintenance) detracted from the appearance of the hotel, and made it harder to find the hotel.

this is the worst hotel i have ever seen anywhere. as soon as i walked in from the street i smelled a really bad weed smell. the room doesnt look bad. everything is very old especially the carpet. everything stinks in the bathroom especially the towels. there was black trash on the bed. i had to clean it myself before going to bed. i bought three nights online but after the first night i cancelled. they didnt give me my money back and they didnt give me my 100$ deposit either. i tried to get a refund because i wasnt there the next two nights but they didnt give me my money back. never go there. they dont respect people. this is a bad place. this is a very bad place.
