Although the property was a little rundown we had an amazing stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was there. Always going the extra mile. Room was a little small but no big deal. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast selection. Shout out to Manny for telling us how to get to La Guardia Airport. Subway was very close to the hotel and for only $2.90 we got to the airport easily and stress free. The cheapest transportation we’ve ever taken to get to the airport. Get off at Roosevelt Ave and took a free bus to LaGuardia. Sure beats the $100 for an Uber. Would definitely stay again.

We found this property to provide great value for the money. It was clean and the staff were great. Offsite parking was a bit of a bummer as the lots close by are very expensive, but we did find more reasonable lots about 15 minutes walking distance away.

Hotels.com told me to contact the property since my credit card number had changed after the reservation was made. I called the hotel and was told that it did not matter and my rooms were secure. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled and the hotel was full.

Had a Good stay. There was no safe in room 702 despite reference to a safe in the room. Multiple followups did not yield an answer for when the safe would be provided. Overall very convenient location for most touristy spots to visit in Manhattan
