We absolutely loved The Giraffe Hotel! The location was outstanding. We were easily able to walk to a show on Broadway as well as Walk down to Washington Circle. Loved Madison Square Park & the Flat Iron Building area. The Cab Drive from Laguardia was so simple and close. The Giraffe Lobby was very clean, cozy, safe and non pretentious and a great place to relax for a bit. Our Suite was wonderful, so comfortable and quiet! Amazing staff! We look forward to another stay with you. Thank you all!

Needs a good update and could be cleaner. The room smelled damp, I didn't enjoy the room. The TV only had 1 channel. It was very cold. There is no restaurant, we had to eat from Sarabeth and McDonald's. I think this hotel was just made carelessly. I do not ever recommend this. The bananas were also rotten.
