We loved this hotel! For NYC the room is very large with 2 queen beds and a double pull out! It came with a fabulous breakfast also! Great location but be aware there are 2 Riu’s in the Area. This one is nicer. We were dropped off at the other one by accident . The only negative is the bathroom which is see through glass and lights up the whole room so not so great if you like privacy when showering.

I found the front desk & a tech that visited our room to be awful. They lack appropriate/ basic customer service skills. Example: Tech showed and his first words what is the problem - no hello, how are you, etc. The Front Desk asked for items but gave no explanation as to why?

This was the perfect spot for our Broadway getaway. Shows are an easy walk and we could see one of the theaters from our room. Conveniently located on restaurant row so there were lots of dining options mere steps away. Breakfast was included in our stay & buffet looked like it had lots of options but I just had coffee since I was going to brunch at noon. Concierge services were excellent, keeping our luggage after check out and before we were getting our car to head home. Late night we had a cocktail at the Fashion Bar. I had a mimosa on the happy hour menu, my friends did not care for the margaritas or Long Island Ice Tea. Would stick to the beer menu vs the cocktails. Was surprised that the full bar was unavailable and they closed at midnight.
