Great stay at the M Social again. Brilliant location - 2 mins to Times Square walking and 10 mins to Central Park. Only disappointment was one of the elevators from the entrance to the lobby was broken the entire stay which caused lengthy delays getting in and out. Apart from that it was clean, and the views from the rooftop bar are amazing.

Wonderful Hotel
Perfect location for everything around Times Square: theaters, restaurants, stores and even a grocery/drug store around the corner. Room was great, housekeeper was awesome, all the other staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Black out drapes were perfect, shower was wonderful and, at least around us, the hotel was quiet. Only hiccup was one of two elevators from street level up to the lobby was out of service (appeared to be temporary) which caused backups at certain times. We will be back!

The hotel was clean and service was excellent. They only had one operating elevator to get from the street level to the main lobby so we had a wait a few times for this, but overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The staff, rooms and location were amazing! Check in was a breeze and they were very helpful in explaining what was nearby as far as restaurants, shops and things to do. The music in the bar area in the evening was really nice as was the bartender. Great restaurants nearby were Gallaghers, Angelina’s and Ellen’s Stardust diner. The only complaint was they only had one working elevator to the ground floor. Apparently it has been out for at least a week. We definitely will be back.

Location was perfect. View of Times Square from my room. Staff and room was very nice. I will come here again. The only issue was the elevator. One one was working and sometimes we will have to wait 15min just to go to the lobby, other than that. Very enjoyable

Great Location but the hotel is a bit tired....
This hotel has a great location, in the very heart of the Theatre District. The lobby is located on the 5th floor accessible via 2 lifts on the street level: pity that one of the lifts has been out of order for the 5 days of our stay...long queues to leave or to return the hotel have been a constant event of our stay. Our room was OK, with views of Times Sq, however the bathroom still had the shower in the bathtub (quite an old feature in these days). All the staff members were very welcoming and nice: a special mention to Mr Alvin and Mrs Stella from the reception desk.

Great stay highly recommended.
Experience at M Social was phenomenal. Service was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was great and the location was perfect. There was a CVS and McDonald’s next door and the subway was next block over. Everything in Times Square was in walking distance. Will definitely be back

Parking - very confusing to get done Elevator - only had 1 elevator working for EVERYONE going into the hotel. No one explained how their elevators to the rooms worked (special way to each floor) someone who was in the elevator taught us. Rooms - I requested rooms near and on the same floor and they had our 2 rooms on separate floors. I had kids... Rooms were lacking good lighting, old decor, tv didnt work had to get fixed, shower curtain waa too short and the water went everywhere on the floors, the bathroom towel holder was falling off the wall, and it was small - room and bathroom. No luggage rack in the room. For what I paid i expected more. Bell service Tony was the only positive part of our stay. He was helpful and kind. Gave us good safety tips. If you like to stay directly in Times Square it was right in the middle of the madness!
