Location was good-walkable proximity to major attractions including TSQ, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr and Central Park. All staff encountered were friendly. The restaurant food was a decent option to avoid crowds elsewhere-server seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was basically manning the entire full restaurant on his own. Valet parking was not an option for us as we were leaving on NYE and garage used by hotel was to be closed for the holiday; doorman recommended an acceptable, close parking alternative that saved us $30/day, but still stressful to arrive by car to that news! Our room (301) was small but clean. Absolutely horrendous view of a roof, blue tarp and brick walls. If we cranked our necks and went right up against the window, we could see the color of the sky! Overall a good experience but definitely could have been better for the price. Our bad for picking such a crazy busy time to visit the city!

The location cannot be beat! Walkable to Central Park, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square and Broadway. Our room was spacious and clean and had great room service--the coffee was excellent and hot. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms are a good size, and staff was extremely friendly. While Damil was an excellent bartender, the bar/restaurant was otherwise understaffed - and it was very frustrating that it was closed from 11am-5pm with no other options (gift shop etc) to grab food/drinks.

Nice stay.. car valet very slow
Great lobby, friendly staff, fast elevators. Room rather small. took too long to get our car from the garage- 1/2 hour.

Property needs some renovation and updating. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived, but they brought them right away when we called. There were some broken items in the room, bathroom is old and dated. Lobby is dated. Location is the main plus of the hotel.
