A resort/ destination fee that doesnot offer anything as in anything! Not even a free coffee or water or a mor even a working filter machine. New York is an absolute basket case .

Hotel is dated. Elevator many not working and was slow 20 minutes waiting to get to the lobby. Staff is adequate but lack professional training. Overall culture is very poor not inviting.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and although it's never been luxurious, it was always OK. This time our room was awful. The heating system made a loud noise all the time, and it was hard to adjust heat. The bed covers were thin...summer bedding, not good for NYC winters. I had to ask for warmer bedding/comforter. The room was run down....things just didn't work.

25minute walk from Bryant Park. 10 minutes from Time Square, and Central Park. Great location! Parking is a 5-7 minute walk - Don’t for get to get the ticket validated prior to leaving the hotel. And a Starbucks right next store. I’d stay at this property again!

Sink and tub drain was clogged. Water was backing up but maintenance came quickly and repaired. Room was missing washcloths when we checked in and someone’s clothes were left behind in a bag but housekeeping addressed the issue quickly. Overall good experience, will stay again.

The property its self was great! I have no complaints about the actual hotel or staff. Staff was super friendly, the staff member who check us in was very nice, polite, friendly, very helpful! The only complaint that I have is with Expedia! After the deadline for cancellation and upon arrival, Expedia was advertising the rooms and rates at the same hotel for half the price of my reservation! I tried reaching out to Expedia to see if they would be willing to give me the rates the were no charging or offer a discount towards my reservation. They weren’t willing to do either and reassured me that there was no cancellation and that I would be obligated to pay the full price of the reservation. This leaves me with a bad outlook on Expedia and the possibility of me using this company or it’s services again very slim to none at all!

Nice bar off lobby. Room with two double beds was fine, but nothing special. Heating unit ran a lot, and was moderately loud, which is why 4 stars and not 5. Good value with reservation made one week in advance and rooms discounted.
