We had a senior age issue well addressed by th desk lady on arrival. We now have a major concern re our return reservation today. You would not let us cancel 4 days ahead and we bought travel insurance. We expect a full refund on our Dec 29 reservation. I will file major litigation. When it comes to New York City it does't get much more convenient for the price. Reasonable parking. Lots of food and shops nearby. 3 metro station within a short walk.
