The communication from the Punt Hill team was amazing, along with the friendly reception on site. We even received a free upgrade! The central location was perfect for an unplanned trip to the city, as we could sightsee and wander to our hearts content, with everything at our fingertips. We’ll be back!

Its a 3 Star budget complex so need to keep thar in mind so pretty good value The unit was clean and well set up. The staff and comunication are very good. The location is noisy with local street and pub noise. On the flipside its a great stretch for Cafes etc I'm never a fan of unts without a verandah for fresh air either but thats a personal preference only. Good budget stay and appreciated the effort put in.

I was going to a concert at Margaret Court Arena, and booked the apartment at the last minute as the thought of trekking home late at night on a sweltering 37 degree day did not appeal. Upon check in, I requested a room that faced the rear so as to not be noisy, and was on the 3rd floor. The apartment was clean and had all the expected amenities. I would have liked a bottle of cold water and maybe an ice cube tray, but the AC was on and I could shower/chill out before the show. Transport was literally around the corner, and was within walking distance of lots of eateries, supermarkets and bars. The girl who checked me in was super friendly and granted me a later check out time. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The location is quite convenient if you're spending most of your days in the CBD. Everything was maximum 10-15minute walking distance and tram line was very close too. Loved it

Location is great, communication is great, including letting us know there's no housekeeping on weekends, but property and furniture needs upgrading. Mattresses and lounges have no support and very uncomfortable, every step is accompanied by loud creaking that you also know your neighbours every move and the carpet in hallways is so loose it's a trip hazard.

We arrived very late at night, just after midnight and were given a room on the 1st floor. It was very loud with people yelling and talking on the street, it felt like they were in the room with us. Then at 5.30am, we were woken to the sound of all the cafes in the street moving chairs and tables etc. it was the sound of metal dragging on concrete and continued for about an hour! We only got about 4 hours sleep. We decided to check out and move to another hotel! The lady on reception was very nice about it, but we just couldn’t stay there.

Comfortable stay in good location
A comfortable stay and friendly staff. It is an old building that has been refurbished. The hot water system was a bit problematic in the shower going really hot then cold. Some of the furnishings could be upgraded. The lounge was a sofa bed and was uncomfortable.

Great stay as always. Fab location, friendly staff, always clean. The room needs a little TLC. The coat hook in the bathroom fell off the door and i thought the fan in the oven was about to take off and self destruct. The noise was excrucating.
