The property is very well positioned for walking to most attractions in midtown manhattan, and is an easy bus ride to downtown and uptown for other attractions. Rooms are kept immaculate by the staff and serviced daily. The food facilities in the hotel aren’t the best so I dropped by 1 star but there’s plenty restaurants arounds about within walking distance. Rooms are cosy and great decor. Very welcoming hotel

I reserved a suite with a balcony which was lovely. Unfortunately, I got the one balcony without chairs. I could see chairs on others' balconies, but mine only had black blocks with signs saying stay off. We loved the sofa bed for our adult child, but the mattress was awful, as thin as a blanket making you feel the bar and every spring of the sofa bed. They gave us a mattress pad which helped a little. We had great staff and not so great staff, a mix.
