Great staff, poor management.
The staff was great! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had to request more towels because there wasn’t a place to hang them to dry and apparently they don’t refresh your room daily. Shower was lacking water pressure, but it was warm without temperature fluctuations. The pool was “closed for maintenance.” However; the pool looked like it was closed for some time. There was a filmy slime covering the water surface. The biggest disappointment was the lack of the advertised breakfast. At 8:00 am when I arrived for breakfast, it wasn’t there. When I asked about the absent breakfast, they said they had to accommodate a large group which was catered and pointed me towards a urn of coffee hastily set up on the bar, which was lacking the standard condiments (ie. cream, sugar, and cups). Although disappointed, I figured that they may have gotten caught of guard and under staffed. But it was a Saturday, they had to figure it would be busy, right? The next morning (Sunday) the same thing happened with a different group. No breakfast for the guests, but the group had a line of steaming chaffing dishes and a lovely breakfast buffet. The rest of the guests got a lukewarm urn with weak coffee and no cups or cream. Fortunately, I came prepared with a cup from my room. The lousy coffee with powdered creamer wasn’t worth the effort. If you stay here, prepare for disappointment.

Lovely place.
The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are so friendly and answered all questions. The cleaning staff is included. They would say hello when we were in the hallways. The room setup is very unique for the king bed room.

I booked a room for my son for 2 nights. The hotel cancelled his reservation because he is under 21 one. This is understandable. I tried to call the hotel. Expedia tried to call the hotel several times to confirm the cancellation. No response!

Little things like the vanity mirror light didn’t work, and stains on the carpet, basic tv, not a smart tv is what downgraded this hotel and kept me from giving it an excellent review. Without the vanity light in the bathroom working it made the sink and mirror area dark.

Housekeeping was terrible. Only provide every 3rd day unless requested. We requested daily and they still came on a spotty schedule. Housekeeper didn’t leave toilet paper several times and we had to ask front desk for supply. Complimentary coffee was never put out at scheduled times. And when it was out they often had lids and no cups or cups and no lids. Very poorly managed property.
