First room #102 the commode was very loose from floor. When the room was changed to #106, it had dust balls all over the ceiling,. Very unhealthy to breath.

It was "dingy"!!!!! Felt very unclean. Stains on ceiling and pillows. Bed was like a brick!!! Stains in the shower!!! No soap in the bathrooms!!! No coffee amenities!!! Room was no where near, and didn't even come close, to what was portrayed on your website!!!!!! Vending machines were broken!!!!! Ice machine was inoperable!!!! I felt robbed for what I paid!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT A SUPER 8 OR WYNDHAM OWNED!!!!

I grabbed this room since it is close to USMA so I could visit my cadet. Facility is in dire need of a facelift. Many outlets with no covers, door jams looking like they have been broken out at least once (yikes), my room floor looked like it needed to be mopped, bathroom floor also needed some attention, bathroom sink broken away from wall. The beds were clean and comfortable though and that’s what I really needed.

Here is a short list: missing lightbulbs in 2 of the 3 lights in the room, bed was TERRIBLE. Didn't feel like there was a mattress over the springs, all I felt were the springs. Rug needed to be vacuumed. The phone and TV controller didn't look like they had ever been cleaned. The fan in bathroom didn't work and was very loud. The bathtub took hours to drain after my shower. I had to go out and buy antibacterial wipes to clean before I felt comfortable enough to use the facilities. I only decided to stay there because they were affiliated with Wyndham

This room looked as if it wasn’t used in years. The room was very outdated and very dirty. Blankets were torn and had burn marks in them. Dead cricket under mattress and dead roach in the drawer.

I been staying at super 8 on and off now for a few months and ive never had any issues except for mild things. But my friend and i were staying there october 10 to the 12 and we had to leave at midnight on technically saturday. Because she started itching like crazy and we both were laying in her bed and when we went to lay down for the night when i stood up i saw a tiny tiny bug in the bed. She took a picture of the bugs in the bed. We went downstairs and bitched and no available rooms. We were left stranded.
