Stayed at many hotel, resorts in Asia, all inclusive and this one would have to one of the worst. I work in the industry and expect a standard staying at this level. I dont really complain and thought it would be worth mentioning for future quests.
Paid for all inclusive. Only one restaurant open at the beach. Making it hard to use the all inclusive meals. Cocktails are very budget options. Breakfast was stale pastries and bread options. Alot of items left from the night before re used l. No option for a pool side menu food options at the waterslide pool. Lunch and dinner very similar. Limited desserts options. Hot dishes okay. Lots of desserts just re used or ganished different. Again, mainly 4 to 5 budget options.
Resort is dated, but clean. Alot of the time waterslides were shut. Wanted 200,000 dong extra to have the lights turned on to play tennis. We had to provide our own golf clubs to play on theor putt putt course.
Paid a premium price and will never vist re visit this hotel chain again. Stayed at the Radisson down the road a week earler and absolutely loved it. Could not fault it at all.
